Privacy Policy

To build your plan we collect:

• Contact info: your name, email, and phone number.
• Race & training info: goal race, race date, weekly mileage, longest run, injury history, preferred training days, terrain, and similar inputs from the form.
• Nutrition info (only if you buy the add-on): body weight, dietary restrictions, GI sensitivities, caffeine tolerance.
• Payment info: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — only a confirmation that payment succeeded and your email address.

Your form data is used to generate your custom training plan. The plan is then emailed to you as a PDF. We may use your email to follow up about your order or send revisions.

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising. We do not send marketing emails.

We use the following third-party services to operate Roupruns. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Anthropic— your form data is sent to Anthropic's API to generate your plan. Anthropic does not train models on this data per their commercial API terms.
• PDFShift — converts your plan to PDF format.
• Resend — delivers the email containing your plan.
• n8n — automation that connects the above services.
• Cloudflare — DNS and email forwarding.

Your form data and order information are retained for as long as needed to deliver your plan and handle any follow-up requests. Stripe retains payment records per its own policies and applicable law.

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing davidjroupas@gmail.com.

The roupruns.com website does not use tracking cookies or analytics cookies. Stripe Checkout (on a separate domain) uses its own cookies strictly for payment processing — see Stripe's privacy policy.

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email davidjroupas@gmail.com.

Roupruns is intended for adults (13+ in line with what the form collects). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated “last updated” date.
